Orchestra

Conducted by our percussion teacher Mr. Callaghan, our impressive school orchestra performs at many different occasions throughout the year including the Awards Ceremony and The Christmas Celebration. All students learning an orchestral instrument are expected to join the orchestra when they are at the required standard of playing. Rehearsals take place every Tuesday lunchtime.

String Orchestra

The String Orchestra is led by our upper strings teacher Ms. Aydin.  In conjunction with the orchestra, the string orchestra performs on many occasions throughout the school year including the Christmas Celebration. Rehearsals take place every Tuesday lunchtime.

Windband

The School Windband is led by our percussion teacher Mr. Callaghan. In conjunction with the orchestra, the windband performs on many occasions throughout the school year including the Christmas Celebration. Rehearsals take place every Tuesday lunchtime.

Guitar Ensemble

The Guitar Ensemble is led by our guitar teacher Mr. Linfoot. The Guitar Ensemble performs on many occasions throughout the school year including the Christmas Celebration. Rehearsals take place every Thursday lunchtime.

Wind Ensemble

The Wind Ensemble runs in conjunction with the Orchestra and is led by our woodwind teacher Ms. Hallas. The Wind Ensemble performs on many occasions throughout the school year including the Christmas Celebration.

Clarsach Ensemble

The Clarsach Ensemble is led by our Clarsach Instructor Ms. Petersen. Performances include the Christmas Celebration.

Ceilidh Band

The Ceilidh Band is led by Mrs. Patrick. Rehearsals take place every Wednesday lunchtime and performances include the Christmas and Spring Celebrations. The Ceilidh Band recorded a CD in 2009 and are currently embarking on a new recording project.

Jazz Band

The Jazz Band is led by Mrs. Patrick. Rehearsals take place every Monday lunchtime and performances include the Christmas Celebration

Junior Choir

The Junior Choir is led by Mr. Lovett. Rehearsal take place on Monday lunchtimes. Performances include The Christmas Celebration and various Liturgical Celebrations throughout the year.
