Developing whole school policies (in consultation with staff, the parent body and pupils) is part of our translation from philosophy into action and theory into practice. The agreed policies will then become references from which we should all operate.
Policy creation will be an occasional activity in the life of our school; policy review on the other hand will be a regular feature. Once established as such, the following whole-school policies must be seen in application at all levels, guiding and shaping the life of St Thomas’s and essentially, improving the quality of teaching and learning experienced by our pupils.
